Cookies, Pixels and Tracking Technologies

We and our third-party providers use cookies, clear GIFs/pixel tags, JavaScript, local storage, log files, and other mechanisms to automatically collect and record information about your use of the Services and across third-party sites or online services. We may combine this information with other information we collect about users. Below is a summary of these activities.

What are Cookies?
MJ and its agents use small text files called cookies.  Cookies are small pieces of data that are placed in your device to store your preferences. Cookies are not themselves personally identifiable, but may be linked to Personal Information that you provide to us through your online interaction with us. How We Use Cookies.  We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which usually stay on your computer until you delete them) so that we can improve your experience. For example, cookies allow us to remember users who are logged in to our Services, to understand how users navigate through and use the Services, and to deliver personalized content and targeted ads (including on third-party sites and applications).

Your Control of Cookies. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. Please understand, however, if you disable cookies, some features of the Services may not work as well (or at all) for you.  To find out more about cookies, including (without limitation) how to see what Cookies have been set on your device and how to manage and delete them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org. Web Beacons. Our Services and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs). Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, that are used to log information on the Services or in our emails. For example, these technologies may enable us (or advertisers we work with) to learn which advertisements to bring users to the Services. They may also enable us (or advertisers we work with) to manage cookies, personalize content, track the actions of users online over time and across different websites or platforms to measure statistics of our marketing efforts, and let us know when emails have been opened or forwarded (so we can gauge the effectiveness of our communications). Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.  We permit some content or applications, including advertisements, to be delivered to you by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, application providers, and data analytics service providers. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, platform device identifiers and other tracking technologies to collect information about you, including personally identifiable information, when you use the Services. They may use this information to deliver to you targeted advertisements or other targeted content. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. We are not responsible for these third parties’ privacy practices. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. For information about how you can opt out of receiving targeted advertising from many providers, see the Managing Your Account Information and Communications Preferences section of this Privacy Policy below.
We do not respond to “do-not-track” signals from web browsers or other sources. For information about how tracking works for online advertising purposes, and what happens when you elect a do-not-track option, visit http://www.aboutads.info/choices.

Third-Party Websites
There may be instances in our Services where you may click on a link to access third-party content that does not operate under this Privacy Policy. For example, if you click on an advertisement or a third-party logo on our website, you may be taken to the provider’s website. We are not responsible for the practices of such third parties, whose information practices are subject to their own policies and procedures, not to this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you consult the privacy statements of all third-party websites you visit by clicking on the “privacy” link typically located at the bottom of the web page you are visiting.
